YOOHEART robot is a series of industrial robots promoted by Anhui Yunhua Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. It provides various industrial robots with different functions such as welding, cutting and handling for the majority of users. YOOHEART robot is the first pure domestic industrial robot, its internal configuration components are from the domestic first-class parts suppliers, including:
I. Welding robot
Welding robot is composed of body, control cabinet. Welding machine, wire feeder, welding gun, system, servo motor, reducer and other components. The welding control system is provided by Advantech, which is the second largest CNC company in Asia. The system is stable and efficient. Servo motor accessories are TOP3 Hechuan X2E company’s accessories. The accessories have the characteristics of flexible structure, high transmission quality and wide application. Yunhua independently developed the core component of industrial robot — “RV retarder”, which broke through more than 430 manufacturing difficulties, and realized the mass production of domestic RV retarder.
II. Handling robot
Handling robot is composed of body, control cabinet, system, servo motor, reducer and other components, mainly used for loading and unloading, palletizing, handling and other work, so the handling robot’s flexible degree of operation, and work efficiency are required to be higher. And the system used by our company’s handling robot is the same as the welding robot, which enjoys the reputation of Advantech system at home and abroad, so the system is stable, efficient and simple to operate. Most of the servo motors are made by Shanghai Ruking Automatic Control System Co., Ltd., which has the advantages of accuracy, strong overload resistance and smooth operation at low speed. The RV reducer developed by the company has improved the defects of some reducer products in the market and brought better use experience to customers.
